The quick answer

Orlando airport car service with Orlux is a private, pre-booked vehicle with a professional chauffeur, not a car you hail after you land. You send the flight number when you book, dispatch tracks the inbound, and your driver is waiting at baggage claim with your name on a sign before you reach it. It covers Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), plus the private FBO terminals at Orlando Executive Airport and Kissimmee Gateway Airport. Vehicles run from a Luxury Sedan for up to 3 to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 14, so the whole party and its luggage travel in one vehicle. Tell us the flight, the date and the party size and we send your exact flat rate, usually within the hour. Call or text 689-407-2496.

How much is a car service from Orlando airport?

Every rate is flat, per vehicle, and fixed at booking - not per person and never surge priced. These are the two airport runs this page's visitors book most, to show the range. Your exact quote comes back on the form.

MCO round-trip to the resort areas
A chauffeured Luxury Sedan both ways between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the International Drive, Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando resort areas, about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the hotel. Booking both legs together holds the round-trip rate.

Approximate starting rates for a Luxury Sedan (up to 3) and a Luxury SUV (up to 6). Larger parties ride a Van, a 14-Passenger Van or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at their own flat rate, and runs from Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) are quoted the same way. Tolls, car seats and boosters, bottled water and curbside meet-and-greet are included at no extra charge; only gratuity is extra, and you can add it on request. Get your exact quote →
Insider note

Book the return leg at the same time as the arrival. It holds the round-trip rate, and more usefully it means the outbound is already scheduled on the morning you fly home - which is the leg people forget until the night before, when the good departure slots have gone. If your flight home is out of MCO, plan to leave the Disney or International Drive area about three hours before departure.

Why book ahead

Why book a car before you land instead of hailing one?

Because the moment you land is the worst moment to start solving transport - tired, holding bags, competing with the same flight for the same cars.

The delay is already handled

Dispatch watches the inbound flight. If you land two hours late the pickup shifts with you, and the rate you were quoted is the rate you pay.

Someone is holding a sign

Your chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim, not in a garage you have to find. The bags go on a cart and out to the car with you.

Car seats are already in

Tell us the ages and the seats are fitted before you land. Nobody carries a car seat through Orlando International Airport or gambles on a rideshare having one.

The luggage genuinely fits

We size the vehicle to the bag count, not just the head count. A 14-Passenger Van takes fifteen suitcases; a sedan takes three. You are told which before you book.

No surge, ever

The rate is flat and locked at booking. Spring break Saturday, a 1 a.m. landing, a convention week - the number does not move.

Every airfield, not just MCO

Sanford, Orlando Executive and Kissimmee Gateway too, including tarmac pickups at the private FBO terminals with porter coordination.

An honest look

Private car, shared shuttle, or rideshare from MCO?

All three get you off the airport. They differ on how long it takes, who else is in the vehicle, and whether the price is knowable in advance.

Airports we cover

Which airports and private airfields does Orlux serve?

Four airports and seven fixed-base operators across Central Florida, not just the main terminal at Orlando International.

  • Commercial airports - Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the main one, with pickups at Terminal B and Terminal C. Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) serves Allegiant and charter arrivals and sits about 45 minutes further from the resort corridor, which is worth knowing before you book the cheaper fare. Shared-ride and group options are on our Orlando airport shuttle page, and Sanford-specific logistics on the Sanford airport car service page.
  • Private airfields and FBOs - Orlux runs regular tarmac pickups at Signature Flight Support and Atlantic Aviation at Orlando International Airport, Sheltair Aviation and Atlantic Aviation at Orlando Executive Airport (ORL), Sun State Aviation at Orlando Executive Airport, and Signature Flight Support and Sheltair Aviation at Kissimmee Gateway Airport (ISM). Our chauffeurs are trained on tarmac protocols and FBO etiquette, and we coordinate porters and dedicated luggage vehicles where the party needs them. Full detail is on the Orlando private airfield transportation page.
  • Where the airport runs go - The Walt Disney World resorts and Lake Buena Vista, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando, the International Drive corridor and the Orange County Convention Center, the Kissimmee 192 hotels, downtown Orlando, and the Port Canaveral cruise terminals about 60 minutes east on State Road 528.
  • Sizing the vehicle to the luggage - A Luxury Sedan carries 3 passengers and 3 suitcases; a Luxury SUV 6 and 6; a 14-Passenger Van 14 passengers and 15 suitcases; an Executive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 14 passengers and 14 suitcases. Tell us the bag count as well as the head count and we confirm the right vehicle before you pay anything.

Orlux private airport transfers are best for:

  • Disney-bound families - landing with car seats, strollers and a week of luggage
  • Cruise connections - MCO to Port Canaveral on a fixed sailing deadline
  • Late-night arrivals - after 11 p.m., when the rideshare queue is longest and the surge is highest
  • Large groups - eight to fourteen passengers who would otherwise split across three vehicles
  • Business travelers - a quiet cabin and a driver already staged when they land
  • Private aviation - FBO arrivals who expect a tarmac pickup, not a curbside wait
  • Sanford arrivals - anyone who has realized the drive south is longer than they thought

Local knowledge

Where exactly does the driver meet you at Orlando airport?

The part every airport page skips, and the part that decides whether the arrival is calm or not.

Terminal C is a longer walk than people expect

Orlando International Airport's newest terminal is a genuine hike from gate to baggage claim. Your driver allows for it rather than starting the clock when the wheels touch down, and you will get a text with the exact meeting point.

Larger vehicles load from the commercial lane

A sedan or SUV can use the inner curb, but a 14-Passenger Van or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter stages in the commercial lane on Level 1. Walk out with your driver rather than looking for the vehicle yourself.

Sanford is cheaper to fly into and longer to drive from

Orlando Sanford International Airport sits north-east of the city, roughly 45 minutes further from the Disney corridor than MCO. The airfare saving is real, but build the extra drive into your arrival day.

The toll roads usually win

FL-417 and State Road 528 routinely beat Interstate 4 at rush hour, and the tolls sit inside your flat rate. Your driver takes the faster road because it costs you nothing to do so.

Give us the flight number, not the landing time

The flight number is what lets dispatch track the aircraft. A landing time you typed in from the booking confirmation stops being true the moment the schedule moves.

Cruise day has a hard deadline

Most Port Canaveral ships stop boarding 90 minutes before they sail. For a same-day flight into MCO we plan the transfer backwards from that cut-off, not forwards from your landing.

Planning a smooth Orlando airport transfer

  • Book ahead in peak weeks. Spring break, Thanksgiving, Christmas and the big convention weeks fill the larger vehicles first. Two to three weeks out is comfortable; same-week is often still possible, so call.
  • Have five things ready. The flight number, the date and time, the drop-off address, the head count and the bag count. That is everything needed to lock a flat rate.
  • Traveling with children. Give us ages, not just "two kids". Car seats and boosters are fitted before you land, and Baby Jogger strollers are available so you can leave yours at home.
  • Traffic windows. Interstate 4 through downtown Orlando is slow roughly 7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays. Half an hour either side of those makes a noticeable difference.
  • Arriving at an FBO. Tell us the operator and the tail number. Tarmac access, porter coordination and a dedicated luggage vehicle are arranged in advance, not on the day.
  • The flight home. Leave the Disney or International Drive area about three hours before departure from MCO, and about three and a half from Port Canaveral. Book it with the arrival to hold the round-trip rate.

Popular Areas & Destinations We Serve

Simple booking

How do you book an Orlando airport car service?

Three steps, and the rate is fixed at the first one.

1

Get your flat rate

Send the flight number, the date, the drop-off, the head count and the bag count on the form or text 689-407-2496. Your per-vehicle rate is locked and confirmed in writing.

2

We track your flight

Dispatch monitors the inbound aircraft from departure. If it slips, the pickup moves with it automatically and the rate you were quoted does not change.

3

Meet at baggage claim

Your chauffeur is waiting inside with your name on a sign, helps with the bags, and walks you out to the vehicle - the inner curb for a sedan or SUV, the Level 1 commercial lane for a van or Sprinter.
