Disney World Transportation and Limo Service from MCO
One private, flat-rate ride for every part of a Disney trip – Orlando International Airport (MCO) to your resort, park hops, Disney Cruise Line at Port Canaveral, family groups, weddings, and events. Door to door, flight-tracked, no shared shuttle and no surge.
Orlux Disney World transportation is a private, flat-rate, door-to-door ride for every part of a Disney trip - from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to your Walt Disney World resort, between the four parks, to Disney Springs, and out to Disney Cruise Line at Port Canaveral. Since Disney's Magical Express ended in 2022 there is no free Disney airport shuttle, so your options are the shared Mears Connect bus, a surge-priced rideshare, or one private chauffeured vehicle (up to 14 passengers) that tracks your flight and meets you at the curb.
The same service covers round trips, park hopping by the hour, family groups with car seats, Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings, and group events. Tell us your trip and we send your exact flat quote, usually within the hour. Call or text 689-407-2496.

How much is transportation to Disney World?
Most riders pay a flat, per-vehicle rate fixed at booking with no surge. Here are the two Disney transfers this page's visitors book most, to show the range - your exact quote comes back on the form.
Insider note
Disney's Magical Express, the old free airport bus, ended in January 2022, so a private transfer is the modern door-to-resort replacement. Booking the round-trip at the same time locks both flat rates and guarantees your ride back, which matters most on a 4 a.m. airport morning or a cruise embarkation day.
Why you'll love Orlux for Disney transportation
A Disney trip has a lot of moving parts - a flight, a resort, four parks, maybe a cruise. The ride is the one piece worth getting right so the rest runs smoothly. Here is what that means on the day.
One flat rate, no surge
The price we quote is the price you pay, fixed at booking - no rideshare surge on a fireworks night or a cruise morning, no fuel surcharge, no airport add-on at the curb. It is confirmed in writing the moment you book.
The modern Magical Express
Disney's free airport bus ended in 2022, and the shared Mears Connect shuttle makes several resort stops. Orlux is your own private car, straight from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to your resort door with no one else aboard.
Your whole crew, one vehicle
Disney is a family and group trip, so a Luxury SUV seats up to 6, a 10-passenger Van up to 10, and a 14-Passenger Van or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter up to 14. Cousins, grandparents, strollers, and the luggage all ride together at one rate.
Car seats included, fitted on arrival
Disney skews young, so car seats and boosters are included at no charge and installed before you land. No hauling your own through Orlando International Airport (MCO) for the ride to the resort.
Flights and cruises, timed for you
For airport pickups Orlux tracks your flight live, and for a Disney Cruise Line sailing we time the run to Port Canaveral around the boarding window. Land late or sail early and your driver is already adjusting.
By the trip or by the hour
Book a single transfer or hold the car as-directed for park hopping, a Disney Springs dinner, or a wedding day. One chauffeur and one vehicle stay with you the whole time.
Orlux vs. Mears Connect vs. rideshare for Disney
With Disney's Magical Express gone, three options get you from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to a Disney resort. Here is a straight comparison so you can pick the right one.
| Orlux Private transfer | Mears Connect | Uber / Lyft | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Door-to-door, no fuss | Budget shared shuttle | A quick one-off |
| Pricing model | Flat, fixed at booking | Per person, each way | Surge, varies |
| Stops on the way | ✓ Direct, no stops | Multiple resort stops | ✓ Direct |
| To your resort door | ✓ Yes, with luggage | Drops at a hub | ✓ Yes |
| Flight tracking + meet & greet | ✓ Included | Scheduled windows | ✗ No |
| Car seats + groups (up to 14) | ✓ Included, one vehicle | Bring your own seat | ✗ Multiple cars |
| Cruise + late-night runs | ✓ Pre-booked, guaranteed | Disney resorts only | Surge at peak |
What do Orlux riders say on Google?
Orlux Rides has consistently maintained a shining 5-star rating on Google. Here is what riders say, pulled in live from our verified Google Business Profile.
What does Walt Disney World transportation cover?
- The four theme parks - Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom, spread across roughly 25,000 acres near Lake Buena Vista and Bay Lake. We drop at each park's main transportation and ticket center, and link them for park hops.
- The headliner rides - TRON Lightcycle Run, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom; Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind and Test Track at EPCOT; Star Wars Rise of the Resistance at Hollywood Studios; and Avatar Flight of Passage at Animal Kingdom.
- The two water parks and Disney Springs - Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's Blizzard Beach, plus Disney Springs for dining and shopping at The BOATHOUSE, Morimoto Asia, and Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'.
- The resort areas - the monorail resorts (Disney's Grand Floridian, Polynesian Village, and Contemporary) around Magic Kingdom; the EPCOT-area resorts (BoardWalk, Yacht and Beach Club, and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin); and Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. We drop at any resort porte-cochere.
- Disney Cruise Line and weddings - sailings on the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Magic from Port Canaveral, and Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings at the Wedding Pavilion beside Disney's Grand Floridian. See our Orlando theme park transfers for the wider park network.
Orlux private Disney World transfers are best for:
- Airport arrivals and departures - a private replacement for Disney's Magical Express between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and your resort; part of our wider Orlando airport car service.
- Round trips - book the arrival and return together so both flat rates are held and your pickup home is guaranteed.
- Park hopping by the hour - hold the car as-directed to move between Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs.
- Disney cruises - door-to-terminal transfers to Disney Cruise Line at Port Canaveral; see our Port Canaveral cruise transfers.
- Families and large groups - up to 14 in one vehicle with car seats and boosters included, no convoy of cars.
- Weddings and events - arrivals for Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings and guest shuttles for conferences, reunions, and celebrations.
How do you plan smooth Disney World transportation?
A few things regular Disney riders know - the practical details that keep an arrival day, a park day, and a cruise day running on time.
Know the airport route
From Orlando International Airport (MCO) it is the FL-417 Central Florida GreeneWay or the FL-528 Beachline to World Drive and Western Way, about 18 to 20 miles and roughly 35 minutes to the Walt Disney World resorts. Tolls are already in your flat rate.
Magical Express is gone
Disney's free airport bus ended in January 2022. A private transfer is the door-to-resort replacement; Disney's Airport Luggage Transfer pilot now handles bags for some Value Resort guests, but it does not move you, so the ride is still on you to book.
Protect your dining reservations
Disney dining books 60 days out, around 6 a.m. Eastern, and the gems go fast - Victoria and Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian, Cinderella's Royal Table inside the castle, California Grill at Disney's Contemporary for the fireworks, and 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian. We time your ride so a hard-won table is never the thing you miss.
Rope drop beats the crowds
Arriving at park open is the single best way to skip lines; resort guests get Early Entry 30 minutes before official opening. We aim pickup so you are at the gate 45 to 60 minutes early for TRON Lightcycle Run or Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.
Cruise day has a clock
Disney Cruise Line sails from Port Canaveral Terminal 8 (Disney Fantasy, Treasure, and Magic) and Terminal 10 (Disney Wish), about 45 to 60 minutes east on the FL-528 Beachline. Boarding opens late morning and all-aboard is mid-afternoon, so we build in a comfortable buffer.
Hold the car for park hopping
Park Hopper lets you change parks after 2 p.m. For a multi-park day or a Disney Springs dinner at The BOATHOUSE or Morimoto Asia, as-directed hourly keeps one chauffeur and car with you, which beats stacking separate rideshares.
Planning your Disney World transportation:
- Book ahead in peak season - holidays, spring break, marathon weekends, and the EPCOT festivals fill the calendar; a few days of notice locks in your time.
- Have the basics ready - pickup, resort, group size, and date. For airport runs add your flight number and terminal so we track and stage at Level 1 arrivals.
- Count the car seats - tell us the ages and how many seats or boosters; they are included and fitted before you arrive.
- Line up cruise timing - share your Disney Cruise Line ship and terminal; we aim for the boarding window with a buffer for the FL-528 drive to Port Canaveral.
- Weddings and events - for Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings or a group event, tell us the venue and headcount and we plan the arrivals, shuttles, and timing.
- Lock the return - book the departure with the arrival so we hold both flat rates and confirm the pickup as your trip wraps.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much is transportation from MCO to Disney World?
A private transfer from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the Walt Disney World area starts from about $119 one-way or about $238 round-trip in a Luxury Sedan (up to 3 passengers). A Luxury SUV (up to 6) is from about $145, a 10-passenger Van from about $175, and a 14-Passenger Van or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (up to 14) from about $378. All rates are flat, per vehicle, and fixed with no surge; submit the form or call 689-407-2496 for your exact quote.
Is there still a Disney Magical Express from the airport?
No. Disney’s Magical Express, the free airport bus, ended on January 1, 2022, and it is not coming back. Your options now are the shared Mears Connect shuttle, a rideshare, or a private Orlux transfer that takes you door to door from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to your resort with no shared stops and a flat, fixed rate.
Can Orlux take us to a Disney Cruise at Port Canaveral?
Yes. We run private transfers to Disney Cruise Line at Port Canaveral, about 45 to 60 minutes east of the Walt Disney World area on the FL-528 Beachline. The Disney Fantasy, Treasure, and Magic sail from Terminal 8 and the Disney Wish from Terminal 10, and we time the ride to your boarding window with a comfortable buffer.
Can you handle a large family or group, with car seats?
Yes, families and groups are our specialty. A Luxury SUV seats up to 6, a 10-passenger Van up to 10, and a 14-Passenger Van or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter up to 14, all in one vehicle. Car seats and boosters are included and fitted before you arrive, with room for strollers and the day’s luggage.
Do you do Disney weddings and events?
Yes. We provide arrivals and guest transportation for Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings, including the Wedding Pavilion beside Disney’s Grand Floridian, plus shuttles for conferences, reunions, and group celebrations. A Stretch Limousine or Limo Sprinter suits the couple, and Vans or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter move the guests; call 689-407-2496 to plan it.
Can we hire a car by the hour for park hopping and Disney Springs?
Yes. Beyond point-to-point transfers, the car is available as-directed by the hour, which suits Park Hopper days across Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom, or an evening at Disney Springs. You keep the same chauffeur and vehicle the whole time.
